Tiffany Tremont ​

President

Tiffany Tremont is the President and CEO of Silotech Group, Inc. (Silotech) founded in 2008 and ranked four times consecutively on the Inc 5000 (2018-2015). Mrs. Tremont’s experience in the IT industry spans over two decades of Infrastructure Management, and Systems/Security Administration expertise in both the federal and industry which began when she joined the National Security Agency (NSA) is then enlisting in the United States Air Force at 17. 

Mrs. Tremont’s Federal experience encompasses serving the military and subsequent employment with various federal agencies. During her Air Force service, her deployment duties included Operation Desert Freedom after the 1996 bombing of Khobar Towers when she earned the Air Force Commendation Medal. After leaving the Air Force, she entered the Peace Corps Foreign Service.

Silotech is an 8a firm, and some of our most recent 8a awards have allowed us to double our staff annually since inception. Silotech Professional Services consist of Advanced Cyber, Enterprise IT, Education and Professional Services.

Under Mrs. Tremont’s leadership, Silotech received many certifications including CMMI Dev and Service Level 3,

ISO 9001:2015, SBA 8(a), SBA 8(m), HUBZone, Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE), GSA Schedule 70, Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Woman-Owned, Minority Business Enterprise, State of Texas HUB, and South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA).

Silotech’s success, in a traditionally male-dominated field, is in large part due to her military and professional experiences in diverse assignments and projects in military intelligence and Cyber/IT. Those experiences instilled in her qualities such as discipline, success-oriented, inception-execution, and end-use quality.

Mrs. Tremont holds a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) in Cybersecurity Management and Policy as well as a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management. Recognized by Governor Greg Abbott in the 2017 State of the State address for being an elite Woman Veteran entrepreneur in advanced cyber and enterprise IT, Mrs. Tremont was awarded the Inaugural Texas Governor’s Business Forum for Women Award for her Excellence in Veteran Engagement. Governor Abbott appointed Mrs. Tremont to the Texas State Technical Colleges (TSTC) Board of Regents in 2018 to serve as a Regent for a six-year term.

Tiffany is the 2015 recipient of the San Antonio Business Journal’s C-Suite CEO Award for Small/Medium Business, winner of the 2015 San Antonio Business Journal’s Tech Titan Award for Cyber Security and her company was bestowed Best Places to Work in 2016 and 2015 in the small business category. Mrs. Tremont is dually recognized as the San Antonio Business Journal’s 2014 Women’s Leadership Award winner for Business Leader of the Year as well as the recipient of the Entrepreneurial Leadership award. In 2015, she received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement – Call to Service Award for her volunteerism. Tiffany is the former Vice President of the Young Alamo AFCEANs Program as well being awarded the prestigious AFCEA International Women in AFCEA Appreciation Award 2016. Mrs. Tremont is the past President of NAFE San Antonio, the San Antonio affiliate of the National Association for Female Executives for a four-year term. Mrs. Tremont graduated in 2013 from the San Antonio Business Opportunity Academy. Her inspiration is to continue to build a formidable presence in San Antonio, where she moved her headquarters in 2008, and her four sons who range in ages from 6 years to 26 years old

Heather Maroudas

Heather Maroudas is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and certified nurse- midwife with over 12 years of quality service to patients in the unserved and uninsured sectors. She has been an integral part of developing and maintaining health initiatives, quality metrics programs, and resource attainment for the unserved community.

Prior to her current work where Heather serves an all-woman population she also served in rural health, homeless health and the underinsured population of south San Antonio. Her philosophy of healthcare has always been holistic, believing that by incorporating spiritual and mental health into addressing physical health that whole health can be fully reached.

Heather earned her master’s degree of nursing at Emory University. She earned a dual degree in both family medicine and nurse-midwifery.

Heather lives in San Antonio with her two sons and is an active part of the community giving back by volunteering with woman’s ministry, local and foreign mission trips, and care and support groups which helps foster emotional and spiritual healing.

Dr. Rodolfo Urby

Founder & Board Secretary

Rodolfo Morales Urby received his medical degree from UT Health Science Center in Houston in 1979, then completing Residency training in Family and Community Medicine in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Urby has held a clinical faculty appointment with UT Health San Antonio since 1982 and has served as a Family Physician for 37 years in nonprofit charitable clinics and Community Health Centers throughout the State of Texas.

During his career, Dr. Urby obtained Masters degrees in Public Health and Business Administration, enabling him to assume medical management positions in various organizations.

Dr. Urby is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys medical missions work with Faith-based groups. Dr. Urby and his wife of 30 years, Dolores Contreras Urby, have raised nine children and spend much time with their grandchildren. Community service, faith-based initiatives, and family have been his life pursuits.
